The experience of being listened to, together with being able to put into words what is troubling you, can in itself give relief and be healing. In our work together, we will work towards what you would like to get from the counselling sessions; your therapeutic goals. It is your choice to explore what you wish, at your pace. Our goal will be to help you transcend hurdles from your past, attend to your concerns, find happiness in the present and create a vision of what you would like to achieve for your future.
